Copyright
All designs and content that appear on the website of Choice Handmade Cards are strictly covered by copyright. Breaches of copyright will not be accepted and therefore the designs and content of this website must not be reproduced, downloaded or copied in any form without prior agreement.

Payment Method
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order. Any outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the delivery date of the wedding stationary.
If the wedding stationary is to be delivered within 6-8 weeks of an order being placed then payment must be made in full at time of ordering. No orders will be dispatched unless the final payment has been made.

Wedding Stationary Proofs
Proof reading is the client's responsibility. Choice Handmade Cards cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the proofs have been decided upon.
Any text that needs changing after proofs have been approved will incur extra charges.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that copyright permission has been obtained for use of any hymns and readings etc. for the Mass Booklet. Choice Handmade Cards will not be held responsible for the above.

Refunds /Cancellations /Exchanges
In the event of an order being cancelled the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If an order is cancelled half way through then all work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
Cancellation of an order must be given in writing.
As all wedding stationary is custom made to order refunds or exchanges will only be given if the stationary is found to be faulty and we are notified within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Delivery
Postage and Packaging will be charged for as follows:

Small Parcels - (less than 2kg) will be approximately €12.00per delivery.
Large Parcels - (more than 2kg) will be approximately €22.00per delivery.

If multiple deliveries are required per order then each delivery will be charged for accordingly.
When the cost of the postage is settled the client will be notified via email and added to their final invoice. All orders are posted by An Post or by courier and may require a signature. Choice Handmade Cards cannot accept liability for delay, loss or damage to goods once they have left our premises. Choice reserves the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are made to orders.

Design
All orders are subject to stock availability. If Choice Handmade Cards experience any difficulty with supply of necessary materials the client will be notified and similar materials of the same quality will be recommended.
Choice Handmade Cards accept no responsibility for any effects that may occur on the products as they mature. All Products are individually handmade by Choice Handmade Cards and may vary slightly to each card.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. However this will not affect confirmed orders at that time.
